In Sundbyberg Bright and quiet apartment located in a nice residence on a hill, 15 minutes by subway from central Stockholm. From April 1st, there is one bedroom available to co-rent this flat (out of three). The flat is almost 100m2, quite large and therefore agredable. The other tenant is a young professional (who may leave this summer) and I co-rent cause abroad. I am looking for a serious and responsible tenant (student or young professional) who will respect the apartment and maintain a calm living environment. Rent is 5.300 SEK (+ elec & internet).
